Delivery
When you place your order you will receive an email from us telling you the order was received successfully.
When we have dispatched your items you will receive a follow up email to let you know your order has been dispatched.
Standard UK shipping rate for most items is £6.99
We can ship to international destinations outside of the UK, but there will be an additional shipping charge which will be calculated at checkout.
Once you have placed your order we will dispatch your cowhide within one business day. Orders are dispatched same day if placed before 12:00pm, and price is calculated per product. Delivery times vary, but items are generally delivered within 7 days of placing your order.

Returns Policy
We offer a full "no questions asked" returns policy should you wish to return an item. Please read the following returns policy:
You may return any unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of your product including shipping. You will be responsible for the return delivery costs. We'll pay the return delivery costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.).
Please be aware cowhide, being a natural product, may have slight markings or imperfections, which in our opinion simply add to the character of your rug. If you receive your cowhide and decide it is not for you simply return it to us and we will refund you. After 14 days of receiving your item we accept returns only on defective products.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
